I went to a fishing camp for a three day weekend once with some co-workers. The camp was owned by a large vendor we did a lot of business with. We were taken by boat to a camp in the swamp. From there we went in small boats and fished for redfish and speckled trout along the coast. It wasn't glamorous, but the rooms were adequate, the food was good and the booze was free. The camp consisted of an anchored floating barge with bedrooms, a community bath, a commercial kitchen, a large screened in porch that had a pool table, table tennis, and a few pin ball machines.
When we came back from fishing, a couple of us started to clean the fish, but we were told, that would be taken care of. A few guys went shrimping with one of the guides the first night. The rest of us played cards and had a few beers. The food was decent and we all went home with lots of cleaned and flash frozen fish.
