Anyone use Air B&B for a Long Term Rental -- 3 Months or So ????

Reading the fine Print of AirB&B it seems that on a Long Term Rental (I have been looking for 3 months) --- You can cancel without a Fee for 48 hours. After that short 2 Days, if you cancel you have to pay for the first 30 days and the Service Fee! So, If I'm renting a property for $5 Grand a Month, the cancellation fee is around $6.5 Grand even if it is a year in advance.

VRBO (As much as I despise them) -- Most properties you can cancel without any Fees, usually before 60 days of arrival.

Do I have this correct? --- If so, I would never rent from AirB&B.
