Balanced to single-ended transformer connection confirmation...LL1684.

Just need confirmation on how to connect...
Balanced input:

Hot connection (pin 2) of cable connects to pin 5 of LL1684.
Cold connection (pin 3) of cable connects to pin 2 of LL 1684.
Pins 4 and 1 of LL 1684 are connected together.

Single ended output:
Pin 6 of LL 1684 is connected to + signal terminal of input circuit board.
Pin 7 of LL 1684 is connected to - signal terminal of input circuit board.

Pin 8 goes to chassis ground.
Pins 9 and 10 are connected together.
