Fedex Ground recently decided to drive a forklift through my amp

I've had much better success with UPS in all facets (on time delivery, package handling, customer service, claims, etc.). Fedex Express provides a fine service, but the subcontracted Fedex Ground is very hit and miss IME. UPS is logistically a far more integrated and streamlined operation.

I won't ship anything expensive via USPS because I've found their claims process more difficult and their large/heavy package handling mediocre. Their totally useless "tracking" system is also a big no-no for me.
