This may be true, but have you seen the price of a PAS in OK shape as of late? You can pick up a used ARC SP4/5/7 LS3 for that price. Nuts.

I think if you already had a PAS, then yes, I would consider upgrading the unit. But going out and purchasing one used at current prices is probably not worth it considering the sonic differences between that unit and as you say a used CJ.
