You might hunt around YouTube for Audio-gd R7 Mk2 setup. I found a few videos but didn't search deep enough to find actual setup info.
Here's one video that explains the "euphonic firmware" vs the "accurate firmware". Apparently there's a Chinese company-tech who will offer to control your computer remotely to update the Audio-gd R7 Mk2 DAC with the firmware you want. Hmm. I wonder if he also works for TikTok.
