There's a difference between harmful chemicals and natural chemicals that can be eaten. The main ingredients we use are silver, copper, aluminium, iron, magnesium, sodium, lithium, potassium, pure quartz.

Some of these even exist in vitamin supplements. Magnesium supplements are necessary when eating a lot of dairy products. This is because kalcium and magnesium cancel each other out, too much kalcium and you are tired all day. The same is true for iron and coffee/coke/tea, if you drink too much coke the iron uptake is reduced and your blood won't flow properly. This makes your muscles weak and tired.
