Found recommendations on www.inkpot.com/classical and I immediately bought the Virgin Classics set by Wallfisch and the Orch. of the Age of Enlightenment. Man, with a name like that I would never have touched it!
Best Bach I have heard in years!!!! I may not listen to anything else for days. Just can't tell you what spirit, technique and passion there is in the playing of this, some of Bach's very very greatest stuff! If you have more than a passing interest in Bach you gotta getit.
