+1 on the Audience Ohno, as I've owned these in the past, and while I loved said IC's, I couldn't say the same for their matching SCs, yet within your set budget, I'd recommend you at the very least sample several of the Oyaide Neo designated IC's, as the Japanese tend to produce slightly warmer | creamer cables compared to most other cultures, also don't overlook the IC's made by Supra out of Denmark, as they offer a very forgiving, yet balanced sound...-...-, a few of cabling brands which comes to mine, if you can find them?, as the companies are no longer around are Cobalt Cable Ultimate | CRL ( Cable Research Labs ) Blue Note Series.
