It seems to be a knock-off of the Monster Cable PL 2-B Phonolink 2 Standard RCA Connector with a different looking barrel, but I would not be surprised if it is of comparative sound quality, so it's likely a competent inexpensive option that should be okay for use with the inexpensive Van Damme cable, especially since the cable features silver plated copper conductors which may benefit from a possibly warm, polite sounding gold plated brass rca connector. There are certainly worse rca interconnect cables to avoid, so you might like what you hear as an inexpensive option for a phono application, with a future upgrade path to consider.
