They work well with tubes and solid state equipment which I own a mix of and cd/SACD players. This is one excellent all around power cord. IMHO if you want to hear what your gear can do with cords are a must have.

I been messing with cables from the early 80's and you learn a lot with hands on experience over that period of time.

These are just superb.
