I'm strictly a SS guy so I'm not sure whether it's true, but the real died-in-the-wool tubeofiles always claim tube rectification is better than SS rectification. The died-in-the-wool tubeofiles are very staunch in their beliefs and generally want nothing to do with SS. Odd thing is, why are there no died-in-the-wool SS disciples? If there are any I haven't found one yet, but I digress ....
