Well, I've made a sin. Replaced my Fisher 304 amp with a new Denon avr 1800. Yes, i've made a mistake. And now i'm about to fix it with a Jolida amp.. but nevermind that. I bought these speakers with the Denon... And they are wonderful, even with a crappy SS reciver and a DVD as a source. Beautiful midrange, a bit grainy, but that's becuase of the Denon. Bass is extremely fast, but lightweight (Denon..?).. well, these are standmounters. I don't expect 20hz from them anyway. These speakers are addicting... Very fast, Detailed presentation.. good imaging, especially when considering the poor acoustics and placement of them right now.. I feel like commiting a crime when reviewing them after using such poor equipment. I promise a followup when i get my new stuff :) anyway, More people should be aware of Cabasse, as they are one of the world best manufactors.
