for the Pearl I

I bought 2 pair to replace PBJ's between my crossover and amps. These cables impressed me right out of the package. The RCA's are a very high quality locking type, similar to the WBT's. Craftsmanship is evident everywhere on these cables.
With only a few hours on them, I noticed that the soundstage was wider than with my old PBJ's. Focus was tighter and the instruments sounded as if they were on the same stage, not all over the soundstage. The drum sounded as if they were behind the band, symbols were crisp and shimmered, very lifelike.
As they have broken in, now I have about 50 hours on them, they have mellowed. By this I mean they don't have any harshness they had when they were right out of the box, which at the time I didn't notice.
Each musician has his or her own spot and space in the soundstage. These are very musical cables. The sound is very lifelike and has a feeling of air around each instrument (I know that term is used so much, but that describes these cables accurately).
The bass is clean, but slightly lean. This is not to say muffled or contained. The bass notes are accurate, clean and defined. My system has always lacked the ability to produce deep bass, so it is probably my system, not these cables.
These cables also seemed quiter than my old cables that I have used in the past. They don't seem to mind where they are at, and they don't seem to pick up any interference.
For $75.00 that I paid for them, they are a STEAL! Try a pair and you will see, you will have to dig pretty deep into your wallet to beter these cables.

Product Weakness: A little thin on bass
Product Strengths: Excellent quality everywhere. Tight bass, wide soundstage and quite musical. A lifelike experience when listening.
