I've used many audio cables through the years , but none as good, especially for the price, as the Mapleshade Golden Helix. I just tried them on a lark to compare them to my Goertz MI2 Veracity and it wasn't even close! Everything from top to bottom sounded better; more accurate to me. They seem faster, and seem to go deeper more accurately, and the midrange is WONDERFUL! I scaled back in equipment(CAL Icon MkII w/Pwrboss/ARC/Odyssey/Silverline Panatella IIs vs. CAL Icon MKII w/Pwrboss/ Jolida 1501RC/Sound Dynamics RTS3s) and thought I would loose good sound, but I'm listening now more than ever. I personally think that these cables are truly a component in the synergy of this small system.
