Description: Triple shielding in G Clef is used to reject 98% of the EMI and RFI. In order to fully damper the unwanted resonance, proprietary damping material is used to provide a resonance-free environment for the cable and the connector. For connectivity, Furutech 15A IEC and Hubbell hospital-grade AC plug are used to provide a tight and solid connection between the AC receptacle, the cable and the equipment.

This is a great power cable. I don't have experience of other power cables in my system but connected to my DAC this cable provides black backgrounds, delicate, sparkling treble and, best of all, incredible access to vocal nuances, especially female vocals. This really increases the emotional impact of songs and is something that no interconnect has been able to reproduce in my system. The bass response is improved too though this wasn't really an issue with my system and the soundstage is more clearly defined, mainly in the horizontal plain.

Attached to my transport there was a notable improvement in timing but I didn't try it for long, prefering the effects on the DAC. I've since ordered a second cable so I can cover both transport and DAC - will report back.

Once thing to note is that during the burn-in period (50 hours) this cable had more negative effects on my system than any other cable I've used anywhere. Initially there was compression of the upper mid-band then, after 30 hours, no bass, then, literally between playing two tracks it all clicked after 50 hours! Very strange.

Product Weakness: Strange effects during burn-in.
Product Strengths: Wonderful treble, stunning access to the nuances of female vocals, improved definition of soundstage.
