for the SST - Super Silver Treatment
Every time I go to Lloyd Walker's place it costs me money. This time he sold me some silvery goo in what looks like a cosmetic jar with make-up applicator brushes. Its a contact enhancer made from controlled size silver particles suspended in a thick liquid with the consistency of pudding. Silver is the best conductor. Makes sense. Lloyd said its better than Pro Gold or other similar products so I gave it a try. Why not? The first place I put it was on the pins of my N.O.S. Telefunken 12AX7 input tubes. This stuff will knock your socks off. Fine detail on my best recordings is coming through now like never before. Like the brushes on a high hat, way in the back of the stage, layered behind sax and guitar, between bass and piano - it just cuts through. It sizzles and sounds right, the way you know brushes on a high hat sound. I've been working 30 years to improve my system, one small step at a time. This stuff is major. It is not a small difference. My advise to all who have fixed the glaring big problems with their systems already is to go out and buy Lloyd's silvery goo. Next, I'm going to treat my headshell leads. Can you imagine what it will do there?
Product Weakness: Extremely conductive, can cause shorts if applied carelessly. Your daughters might want to use it for eyeliner Product Strengths: Inexpensive tweak. Price/performance ratio is off the chart
