This product makes studio professional think twice and believe what audiophiles have been saying all along about "digital" sounds. A few quotes, "I was floored. Not that the 'un-enhanced' CD sounded bad, but the enhanced CD had a detail and clarity that was unmistakably improved. The best thing I can compare it to is the difference between listening to something recorded through a bad 48kh digital converter and then listening to it recorded through a high-end 192hk converter. I repeated the same test for all 10 CDs with similar results. Vocals, cymbals, snare hits, and just about anything that would benefit from more clarity sounded significantly better. It did not sound like this process just bumped up the high frequencies. It sounded like what was always there that should have been heard in the first place was finally coming out of the speakers." What these quotes simply mean is it is amazingly like the mastertape.

My comments are...

-very similar in tonal accuracy as the legendary Shure cartridge and very similar in high accurate dynamics as the DJ Stanton, Ortofon, Audio Technica, and Shure cartridges

-voices are...nothing added, nothing removed, no electronic digital veil, just natural voice sound that is amazingly easy for me or anyone else to understand and enjoy

-all instruments in classical and jazz music are instantly recognizable without the need to think, analyze, or pretend one bit(sorry, digital pun)

-the nighmare complexity of violins and acoustic guitars sounded just as heartfelt and delicate or stringent as the actual violins and acoustic guitars itself

-all digital bit reminders(oops, another digital pun) are replaced with an analog-like and mastertape-like sounds.

Product Weakness: Big studios may not be happy with the mastertape-like quality in the hands of anyone other than studio professional.
Product Strengths: It amazes studio professional. It makes me weak in the knees.
