There should be markings on the cap. I doubt it would be a 0.47 or 47 uf cap. More like a 4.7uf. But DO make sure of the value. If you are REALLY stuck then buy a cheap uf meter and get a value. It would still be cheaper than the capacitor you are looking at.

And YES!!! 25 caps have come a LONG way. A "cheap" cap now would be considered a "high end" cap 20 years ago.
