One of the oldest theories in boxing is that greatest is determined by the opponents, so whoever posted about a fighter needing their Joe Frazier is right on the money. So as far as mayweather goes, hes nothing until he fights a great opponent. Plus i really hate that waving cash to the camera thing. What a classless buffoon.
Im not sure of the weights, but in my imaginary bouts, the underrated aaron pryor would have taken mayweather to places he can only dream about. Not to mention, hagler, agruello, or sugar ray 2. I also believe that a roy jones v. mayweather bout would have been interestng, either raising both to great heights or watching too chickens run around for an hour.
I have to vent, that the boxing game today is really short of personality....holding up 100 dollar bills does not make one interesting... Geez im only 42, but where are the danny little red lopez's, the zamora's, the azuma nelsons today...even the absurd hector macho camacho was at least interesting to watch. Crap id rather watch a game iran barkley then most of the current crop. For example can anyone really tell the difference between the two klitchos?
PS. Now that my monday rant is lover, i have a pair of ls 200 with a modified x over via the help of pat tobin. Like the Arron Pryors of the boxing world, they slay most of the so called audiophile crap out there today. Although the omega hemp line is pretty darn good.
