I really believe that there aren't any speakers, either past or present that will beat a pair of Concert Grands. I've had friends tell me that they're too big and to buy smaller speakers and use a sub woofer. With eight twelve inch woofers in my living room, why would I want a cheesy sub woofer. I have a pair of 401's on the TV system and they don't need a sub woofer either. Most people have tin ears and don't know how a good speaker should sound. Harry
