Re: Acme Audio Silver plated AC outlet Accessory

Considering that 120V rated circuits/components generally consume more current than their 220V equivalent (to conserve Power = Voltage * Current), would it be safe to assume that 120V rated outlets would actually be in fact more sturdy than the 220V version since more current are expected to flow out of them?
