Can you find someone with a tube tester to test the EL37 tubes before sending them back to the seller? If you find a tech who would test the tubes and pick up the results confirming that the tubes are faulty (e.g., have lost vacuum), you may send them back with test results confirming that the tubes are unusable (if this is the case).
