RB-3 and RB-5 graph measurements...

...for Severius (or anyone else interested): What initially turned me on to the RB-5 and the RB-3 were some recent reviews about these products in Audio Ideas Guide magazine (accessed through the ecoustics website's collection of bookshelf speaker reviews - the RB-3 was reviewed in 2002 while the RB-5 was reviewed in 2001). Included in the reviews are nice graph measurements of each speaker's response curves. Look at those graphs and see what I mean, especially in the case of the RB-5! As the reviewer states, "...an extremely accurate speaker, something quite uncommon among very efficient reproducers...". This is, "...an indication of excellent driver matching and overall acoustic design...". Also, I know that these speakers do not need a lot of wattage, but they do benefit from a steady flow of current provided by a stable, high quality amp. No, I do not think that you or anyone should "ignore" these speakers. Good Luck!
