A Tribute to Doc Pomus
Reason: The man had a soul about 10 miles deep. Stricken by polio and on crutches with a twisted physical body that did not work like everyone else's. A singer and songwriter who stood at the mike and delivered his magic while others danced in front of him....hence the song---Save The Last Dance For Me--Rosanne Cash's version of I Count The Tears is a masterpiece, a truly moving and tear inducing performance.
The entire album a labor of deep love and respect.
