99% of the people around here make the same mistakes over and over again.

If somebody else would have given me the hints I've been giving earlier
I could have saved months and quite some money on the subject.

As an inexperienced person you better try to understand what's being said. Because you simply won't be able to see the traps and dead-ends before hitting them (hard).
