With analog cables I could at least imagine that there was some sort of capacitive-inductance-resistance network that was a function of cable design that affected the sound one way or the other.
But with digital we're now to believe that bits are not bits.
I'm not disputing what you heard, I'm just disappointed because the cable road for analog was difficult for me. I certainly don't look forward to having to "audition" digital cables.
