Maybe God does know because this is starting to feel very much like religion.Religious people tend to stubbornly hold on to their beliefs despite mountains of evidence to the contrary.
You say that the new USB cable sounds better despite the fact that 1's and 0's flow through every cable the same. Even if they didn't, it would be unlikely to effect things like the hugeness of the sound stage or the clarity of the vocals.
Every time the question of expensive USB cables comes up everyone like to chime in with a passionate argument, but nobody has ABX tests to back up their findings. Why? Much like religious people, deep down inside some part of you knows that you are full of Schiit.
I am not even claiming that different USB cable could not sound different, but the difference would not be the EXACT same things that better analog cables effect.
