For your TT's benefit put on top a Concrete 2 ft square paver with a layer of neoprene rubber roof seal to help with isolation, I use one of these racks and it is solid but not a particularly good isolation device. Also wedge a somewhat compliant material (medium density styrofoam) between the tops of your equipment and the bottom of the next shelf up to dampen the top panels of your electronics.
