My thinking is often faulty... And as a gentleman I'm surprised you would point that out!
But take my current set of (excellent) speakers for example. If their Fostex drivers go to hell, as they probably will someday, I can replace them in 10 minutes at a total cost of $150 for the pair. If Maggies were that easy and cheap to fix, de-lamination wouldn't be an issue for me.
Comcast reliability is an oxymoron!
