Audiogon Censorship

A little over a month ago I posted concerning the practice of censorship by Audiogon and the special arrangement they had with the companies who run banner ads with them. I was critisized for not haveing sufficient proof. Yesterday I ran an ad for an EMM Labs CDSA SE player. The ad ran for about 24 hours and then it was pulled. Below is the e-mail I received today from Audiogon. Is this illegal?
