Just wanted to offer a counter view of Krell's service. I have also dealt with Krell twice. Once for my 300CD and once for my 300i. Both times I couldn't believe how helpful and unrushed they were to help even though I was not the original owner of either. The only attitude I received was when the guy acted offended when I asked if I would have to pay shipping.On the 300i, I damaged it by allowing (unintentionally) the pos and neg outputs to be shorted together and turning it up as high as it would go! Didn't phase the Krell guy who was very understanding and even offered (and did) replace the RCA connectors with more heavy duty ones.
Very nice and very nice sound!
