When my Walker Precision Motor Drive went out on me, he personally worked on it and apparently while he had it opened up, he upgraded many of the components inside. He included a handwritten note on exactly what he did. The repair and upgrade didn't cost me a cent.
This IS how you biuld strong customer loyalty. If more dealers and audio (Or anything else) manufactures would only follow his example they would have a far better chance of survival.(Just curious: Why didn't you post your review in the Vinyl Asylum, it may be better appreciated there. Seems like they just over extended themselves as to wheather "Oriental" or "Asian" is the more politically correct word to label a Chinese person. Your review would probably have got them back in the goove.)
