Randhat, What source and speakers are you trying the GCC with? What is your current amp?
I've been too busy enjoying GCC to notice visceral punch or the lack of. I guess time will tell whether it's a weakness or a good thing.
Chuck Mangione's "Hide & Seek" off of "Live at Hollywood Bowl" should help decide.
