Library style.
189 running feet for 12" discs.
80 running feet for 10" discs.
22 running feet for 7" discs and reel-to-reel tape.
The rolling ladder allows access to the two upper shelves. The walls are 9'10".
The most recent installation of shelves for twelve inchers. Since the photo was taken, I've added a steel bar for the ladder to roll on and the shelves are partially filled with LPs.
Recently completed shelving for 10" LPs and 78s. This unit is 22" wide, open both sides. The large beige file cabinet has drawers 15" deep. With a lengthwise divider, it's perfect for 7" discs and open reel tape boxes.
I designed the shelving and fabricated it myself, out in my shop. Some of the shelving in photo 1 appears a 'hodgepodge' because I used existing shelving units and fit them together as best I could.
Yes, the floor is concrete underneath the tile. The 'mancave' is a converted two-car garage.
