Shinon Red. Wow, I think you nailed it (been looking at images at Google) and the price and sonic characterization seem spot on.

Actually after posting I started thinking that were the cartridge a prefect rectangular prism it would be wide, *very* wide, and that I don't recall ... so clearly I was wrong on that point. :)
