Hi, Michael, I recall seeing a post a while back that indicated that the Russian PIO caps were a good bit under-rated regarding their voltage ratings. I was wondering if that is true of both the K40y and the K42Y caps. Also, do you have any experience with the Russian MBM PIO caps that are showing up on ebay? Thanks, Randy
