Solid state? Then I would, unless it has stancby, that just shjts off the display.
I leave everything on, except my tuner, dac and preamp, which all have standy.
Standby usually keeps the main circuits powered, while shutting down displays and tubes.
Unless you are going to be away for 24+ hours, then power down everything.
