Edicron 12AX7 / Ecc83 , who "really" made these?

My new amp came with these stock, I've never heard of "Edicron". Would they be like Sovtek, JJ, etc......What would they be comparable to?...I've recently ordered som Sovtek 12AX7lps, I am gathering they should be some better, would others agree?
