Yes, I have built it and it does perform as advertised. The biggest advantage is being able to supply loads of current for difficult to drive tubes 845, 211, 833A! With this circuit you can have DHTs 26, 45, 2A3, driving big power triodes.Follow the link below and look at the PowerDrive circuit.
