This is likely going to be close enough for the most part to your amp. This is a Shishido 805 schematic.
It is an A2 amp that keeps the grid positive at 27 volts. There probably is some range of adjustment if you open it up and look for a pot near the bias regulator. It is not going to matter that much, however, as this is and A2 amp. As the grid varies with the AC signal, the plate dissipation varies as well. This is different than a class A amp which has relatively constant dissipation. It is very wise to follow Wavac's advice and DON'T OPEN IT UP. There is +800v lurking around in there and you will do nothing but cause trouble.
Play with your 5751's and 6Y6G. I would not change tube types because I can't tell you if your particular amp has a direct coupled input to driver. Few people are going to be able to tell you about their favorite tubes in this particular amp.
