well - maybe/kinda - Tom Danley has an explanation in whitepaper for you to compare here - performance looks better than some larger commercial pipehorn including my Yorkville (?)Jensen might have almost stumbled upon one but missed the boat by 53 or so years.
btw - wonder if Linas' 15 with Lowrider was really a tapped-horn variant - or hit upon improved BP? - wasn't much "path"
