I'm convinced that a power amp like my Bryston 3B-ST is not a good match for a regenerator. I'm selling my Magnepan MMGs and amp and starting over with efficient speakers and amp. I'm trying to decide between crazy-efficient on batteries or just efficient on a regenerator.
So I think my point is that if I go efficient enough, I should be able to run an amp from a regenerator. If some amps can be fun from batteries, surely a lot more can be run from a regenerator with plenty of headroom. I'm willing to get efficient horn speakers or whatever it takes. I need real isolation from the mains.

- I just do not understand your obsession with isolation? For sound, you can do it with any combo you want of AC - Elizabeth 18:31:33 03/20/12 (2)
