On mine, the MW SS tick-buzz remains in the CD mode (and in the separate DAC I have connected to the P300), so it's not the same problem. (And putting the P300 in the PS2 setting, as Paul had originally suggested to me, corrects it for both units.)If it's SACD-specific, I assume you've checked all your SACD disc surfaces to ensure that they're squeaky clean. As you're probably aware, the SACD layer is far more sensitive (in terms of "letting you know about it" audibly) to dust, fingerprint, and other contamination than the Red Book layer.
