RE: A poor mans Synergistic Research Enigma Active Shielding PS?

Here you go.

The unit is a true AC regenerator in that it creates it's own precise AC sinewave with adjustable Voltage and Frequencies and then amplifies that sinewave via a 200 watt amplifier. In this case the amplifier is rated at 100 watt max current draw thus my use of the term" Low wattage" in my description.

Although the unit is not as flexible with regard to the frequency adjustments as the PS Audio AC regenerators are but in this application it is more than sufficient and I like the fact that it also employs an output transformer which should greatly reduce both input/output noise contamination. (The Walker AC regenerator also employ an output transformer but the PS Audio PP series units do not although a PS Audio Ultimate Outlet could be used to serve the purpose)

It employs very solid construction and judging from parts quality used and circuit layout looks to be built to last the long haul and I'm comparing this to my PS Audio PP-600 which has been in almost continuous service for the last 10+ years.
