The "E#" values are the planar driver impedances that are virtually purely resistive. The "W1" value is probably the working nominal impedance of the dynamic woofer. Reducing DCR of the inductor coil makes the woofer punch more (increases speaker Q), allows the amplifiier to better control piston motion (increases damping factor), and makes it louder.
