Magnepan MG12 or MG1.6 with Naim Nait 5i

Has anyone tried Naim electronics with Magnepan MG12 or MG1.6 speakers?
New Nait 5i integrated amplifier looks good:
Features-
The most powerful and best sounding NAIT ever
50W continuous output into 8-Ohm loads, 500W peak into 1-Ohm.

I am also considering Conrad Johnson CAV 50 Vacuum-Tube Power Amplifier. This tube integrated amp is 45watts per channel.
Are these 2 amps to low in power for Magnepans? It has been suggusted by some people that Magnepans require at least 100 watts per channel to get them working.
Please advise
