Though the price is not unreasonable in high end terms, you can get a similar design from Rick Schultz at tweakaudio.com. The basic design is rather straight-forward for DIY and the drivers cost about $3000-4000 (depending on the woofer you choose) and another 1000-2000 for the servo amp depending on how much power you want to feed the H frame woofers.
I am assuming they would be using a Neo3 PDR and 4 Neo10 per channel and 12" long throw drivers.
Performance would be phenomenal, but look also to the large BGs

for a dropped jaw review of the equivalent in-wall speakers.
For a cheapie DIY with better detail and finer top end I think you could do with a maggie ribbon tweeter from a 3.x model or Tympani IV or IVA and a line array of Neo8 drivers 8 per side, crossed over at 5khz to the ribbons. For bass You can use a Tympani bass panel set or build an H frame bass unit if you want to maintain dipole bass, or get a sealed powered subwoofer crossed over at about 200-250hz. Something like a pair of these

The project should cost you about $500 for a barely works or busted ribbon maggie, about $1600 for the Neo8 line array, and 2 of the subs at $2k. For about $4k in drivers and subwoofers (cheaper if you buy the kit) You should get very impressive performance with the faster Neo8 and a good match for your Coincident amp
