No, I'm not riding one of these rides!

The concert for the evening was Jordan Davis, 2022 Song of the Year winner with Buy Dirt, and he didn't disappoint. The guitar player was excellent as well as the rest of the band and no 51, I don't know what speakers were used, but the sound was pretty decent.

We were surrounded by a dozen or more young women and some of their Mom's that knew all the lyrics for most of songs, singing and dancing in their boots. After a few songs, everyone settled in for some new tunes except this one lone woman still standing. She wasn't dancing, just standing and perfectly blocking my wife's view. I asked if she'd mind sitting down, No!
Then, my wife asked her nicely. No! She just stood in her seat while playing with her phone. Bi@$^!

The stage is on the Del Mar Race Track. I wish I had a pic, but you can see some piles of dirt beyond the fence above the drummer. There were 3 Tesla Cyber Trucks following each other going over the small hills like a motor cross race. It must be for something later in the Fair which goes to July 6.

Another venue had various cover bands on the Paddock Stage. Earlier, we could have sworn that Shania Twain was on the stage which surely couldn't be. I had to leave the bar to take a look, no it wasn't her, but she did a great show while having a beer.

As we were walking back to the parking lot, the Arena Rockers took that stage with a excellent version of Alice Cooper's School's Out bringing me back to my college days.
