It's hard to tell by the photos but the back side windows are factory tint and the fronts now match the back. Colorado has laws enforcing window tint opacity and the cops use a meter. We've never had an issue because we've always been under the maximum darkness. Like I said, the photos might be making the tint appear darker than it really is.
